Education and Training

Continuing Professional Development is essential for growth of organizations as well as individuals. R&D strives to sustain the culture of Continuing Education (CE) in the Faculties, Research and Scientific officers with a view to increase awareness and update knowledge related to recent developments in the field of clinical diagnostics and disease management through the Knowledge Management team. As a component of the Continuing Education Programme R&D also coordinates Continued Medical Education (CME) programmes for clinicians to increase awareness about advances in diagnostics and its impact on management of health conditions.

R&D is intensely involved in the training process of the sales force with the aim of equipping them with thorough product knowledge. Armed with a basic and clear idea about diagnostic tests and their clinical utilities they are able to focus more on the strategic analysis required to successfully manage sales opportunities.
