If you register your self on the web-site then you cannot view the reports of the test done prior to the registration, reason being your login id is not attached to the previous reports and it cannot be matched only with the names. While doing future test please provide your Login id as well during sample collection so that it can be viewable on the web as well.
If sending feedback about missing reports then please also provide the Accession Nos of the reports that are not visible, which will help us in tracing the issue faster.
