Program Details

1 What is Club SRL?

SRL is the consumer loyalty program of SRL Diagnostics. It is the first ever loyalty program for consumers in the diagnostics industry to provide our customers a lifetime of health and savings.

2 What are the benefits of this premium loyalty program?

Customers can join this program at zero fee and can get certain perks and privileges for being a member of Club SRL. Customers earn reward points on every transaction with SRL; they can also earn additional reward points on enrolment, profile completion, participating in surveys, and other activities as introduced in the program from time to time. These reward points can be later redeemed for discounts and privileges at SRL and associated partners.

3 What is the applicability of the Club SRL program?

The Loyalty Program is currently available only in selected cities and at selected centres. We will communicate the expansion plan of the program to our consumers as and when it is released.


Enrolment & Membership

1 Who is eligible for the loyalty program?

All transacting customers are eligible for the loyalty program who have visited SRL via visiting to labs and/or collection centres, booking a test through mobile app, web portal or booking a home collection.

2 How can I enrol for the loyalty program?

1. If you do a transaction with SRL (as per 2.1 above), you become eligible for the program and will be auto enrolled to the program (for selected centres) enrolment message within 48 hrs.

2. You can also request for the Club SRL membership by filling up the enrolment form on our web page as well.

The enrolment in the program will be notified to the consumers via SMS within 4 business days.

3 If I have filled up the physical enrolment form during my visit to SRL centre, do I have to register online again?

You need not apply again for the Club SRL membership. Please allow 7 working days for us to receive your membership details furnished by you during the submission of the form.

4 How can I edit my profile (name, address, contact number etc.)?

You can request for a change in profile details by one of the following means –

5 How can I opt out of the program?

You can opt out from the program by giving a missed call on +91 9289221564 (for India users only). Please allow 7 working days for us to unsubscribe your membership.


Earn

1 How can customers earn points?

There are multiple ways in which customers can earn reward points for their interactions with SRL.

1. Enrolment bonus (one time)

2. Reward points earned on every test booking – as a % of test booking

3. Booking a test on Mobile App/Web portal for the first time

4. Profile completion for existing customers

5. Milestone (>=4 visits) completion

There are certain other ways to earn points like family member addition, referrals, filling up surveys etc. which will be communicated to you as per the program from time to time.

2 Is there a limit on the number of points earned?

There will be a limit of maximum 2,500 points that you can earn in a single visit. However, as an initial launch period, there is no limit on the number of points that you can earn.

4 How much time will to take to accrue points in my account?

Points will be accrued in your account within 72 hours of transaction.

5 I did my test at an SRL center; however, I have not been enrolled in Club SRL program, neither I received my reward points. Why?

The program is not yet applicable on all the cities, and at all the centers across the SRL network. The program is currently only available at SRL owned labs and collection centers, and selected franchisee collection centers. The program is not applicable on any SRL center which is a partner center. 6 Can I earn reward points for the tests done for my family members?

Yes, you can earn reward points for your Club SRL account for the tests done for your family members, if you have used the same phone number for registration. The points earned for the Club SRL program are based on the phone number used at the time of registration. The program is not yet applicable on all the cities, and at all the centers across the SRL network.


Redemption

1. What is the value of 1 point?

1 point = 1 INR

2. What is the maximum validity of reward points?

Reward Points awarded on transactions (test bookings) are valid for 12 months. All other bonus points are valid for a maximum of 6 months, depending on the type of bonus points. Bonus points rewarded as a part of a consumer campaign may be valid for a limited period which will be communicated at the time of launch of the scheme or at the time of release of points.

3. How can I redeem my reward points?

You can redeem your earned reward points while paying for any of the pathology tests purchased while walking in at SRL labs and collection centres, or through home collection. Please ask the front desk officer to use your Club SRL reward points, during the payment procedure. You can also redeem your reward points while booking the tests through mobile app.

4. How do I check my loyalty points?

After each transaction, we communicate the reward points earned by you via SMS. You can alsoX check your earned reward points by one of the following means –

2. Log-in to your SRL account on the mobile app or website using the same mobile number

3. Contact the Front Desk Officer

5. What are the other ways of using the points?

You’ll soon be able to redeem points across other health and awareness partners, but currently the points can only be redeemed against diagnostic tests at SRL centres.

6. Can I redeem loyalty points to cash?

No, loyalty points cannot be redeemed or converted to cash.

7 Can the points in my account be transferred to someone else?

Sorry, points collected in each account can only be used by that account holder and cannot be transferred to another account.

8 What should I do if my points are credited incorrectly?

9 How to avoid fraud in redemption?

Redemption is an OTP generated process. The patient will receive an OTP which need to be announced to the Front Desk Officer at the SRL center or to the visiting phlebotomist in case of Home Collection or entered in the Mobile App as per the case maybe. This process is to ensure you’re your reward points are secure with you and not used by anyone else.

10 Can I avail multiple discounts at the same time?

Multiple discounts can’t be clubbed in the same transaction. However, as an initial launch period offer, we will allow aggregation of different discounts. However, the maximum discount allowed will be 50% of the MRP including redemption from loyalty points.

11 How much discount can I avail using reward points? Can I purchase a test free of cost using only my reward points?

You can only avail a maximum discount of 50% of the MRP value of the test. You will still have to pay the rest of the amount by other payment means (cash, card, payment wallets, cheque etc.). You can’t purchase a test free of cost using only the reward points.

12 How many points can I redeem in a single purchase?

There is no restriction on the number of points you can redeem in a single purchase, other than the fact that you can only avail a maximum discount of 50% of the MRP value of the test. If you have enough reward points so that the total discount will be less than 50% of the MRP; you can use all your reward points in a single purchase.

13 Where can I redeem the SRL Club Loyalty Points?

SRL club points can be redeemed through SRL mobile app (in case if you are booking your test online) and they can also be redeemed at the following list of SRL centres.


Tier Structure

1 What is Silver membership and Gold membership?

Club SRL membership is tier based, and the benefits of the program increase as your membership status improves. At the time of enrolment, all members are awarded Silver membership. You can upgrade your membership to Gold, by spending a amount of ₹ 3,000. Becoming a Gold member increases your accumulation rate of reward points as well as give early access to some of the consumer campaigns that we do for preventive full body check-ups.

2 How to identify what tier membership do I belong to?

Once you have qualified the eligibility criteria for the upgrade to Gold membership, we will communicate the tier change status to you via SMS. You can also check your tier status by one of the following means –

3 Are there any other benefits of Gold membership?

We will introduce new schemes and benefits to our Gold members from time to time, which will be communicated to the Gold members via SMS and will be available on the Club SRL webpage.

4 Are there other tiers than Silver and Gold?

We will shortly release our Premium membership – Platinum Tier, details of which will be available at the time of its release. Platinum members will be able to avail additional discounts on selected tests and will be able to utilize their reward points with other SRL associate partners. Keep looking for more updates.
